The company was started on 1st March 1974 by Gregg Bray and is a privately owned family business.

Over the years we have built numerous houses and extensions, carried out work on shops, offices, residential homes, hotels, schools, warehouses, apartments and cellars. We specialise in period properties of all styles and ages and have converted cottages and barns locally in London and all over the UK. As well as holiday homes in France.

We take pride in being top drawer regarding quality. This comes from all the staff having a good sense of humour (happy people equal good workmanship). We like to finish jobs, if anything, above the specification and on time. Clients often send thank you letters with their final cheque.
